How As Well handles your data, your bots, and your rights

1. What As Well Is

As Well is a platform that lets you connect your own Telegram bot and Discord bot and use them to exchange messages, images, and videos between the two platforms.

As Well does not provide bots, does not store your messages on any server, and does not act as an intermediary in your conversations. You own your bots and your data.

✅ As Well is a tool — not a service that reads or processes your conversations.

2. Data Storage & Privacy
Messages — stored only on your device. Never sent to or stored on As Well servers.
Password — stored on server in encrypted (hashed) form only. We cannot recover it.
Bot Tokens — stored encrypted on server. Never accessible in plain text by As Well.
Clear cache / change device — your message history is permanently deleted. This is by design.

⚠️ Important: As Well does not provide any message recovery. If you clear your browser cache or switch devices, your chat history cannot be restored.

3. Your Bots, Your Responsibility

You create and own your Telegram and Discord bots. By connecting them through As Well you agree to:

  • Comply with Telegram's Bot API Terms of Service
  • Comply with Discord's Developer Terms of Service
  • Not use bots to send spam, harassment, illegal content, or anything that violates either platform's policies
  • Keep your bot tokens private and secure

🤖 As Well is not responsible for how you use your bots or for any violations of Telegram or Discord policies caused by your bot's activity.

4. Acceptable Use

As Well may be used for personal communication, communities, teams, and projects. The following is not permitted:

  • Sending illegal content of any kind
  • Harassment, threats, or targeted abuse of other users
  • Automated spam or mass messaging
  • Sharing content that violates Telegram or Discord community guidelines
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or attack the As Well platform

Allowed

Personal chats, community groups, team coordination, media sharing, legitimate bot automation.

Not Allowed

Spam, illegal content, harassment, credential abuse, platform exploitation.

5. Third-Party Platform Policies

As Well acts as a central hub between the two platforms. Telegram and Discord never interact with each other directly:

Telegram

Sends messages only to As Well. It never communicates with Discord directly.

Discord

Sends messages only to As Well. It never communicates with Telegram directly.

Both platforms communicate exclusively through As Well. This means that Telegram and Discord policies are applied independently — each bot complies only with the rules of its own platform.

6. Legal Compliance

As Well operates in compliance with applicable laws including data protection regulations. Key commitments:

  • User passwords and tokens are stored using encryption — we cannot recover them in plain text
  • No message content is stored or processed on our servers
  • User accounts can be deleted upon request, removing all server-side data
  • We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities where legally required
  • As Well does not sell user data to third parties

✅ Since messages are stored locally on your device only, As Well has no ability to hand over message content to any third party — there is simply nothing to hand over.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

As Well reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these policies or the terms of Telegram or Discord
  • Engage in abuse, spam, or illegal activity through the platform
  • Attempt to compromise platform security or other users' accounts

If you believe your account was suspended in error, contact us through our support page or Discord server.

8. Changes to This Policy

As Well may update these policies as the platform evolves. When significant changes are made, users will be notified through:

Continued use of As Well after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
